LYTE Summer Theatre Camp 2011 Information:
1st Day of Camp General Info:
Students are asked to bring a brown bag lunch and a bottle of water. There are vending machines. However, we are not responsible for them. Snacks will be available from our concessions.
All other information will be provided 1st Day.

Auditions are built into the camp through activities and workshops. The on the 2nd or 3rd day a traditional audition is held during camp. There is nothing the prepare in advance.


I FORGOT TO PAY THE TUITION!
No problem. Your spot was secured with the registration fee. Bring it with you on the 1st day. Check or cash. If you prefer credit card, email

OTHER: 
We are looking for volunteers parents to assist from 8-9 and 3-5 for extended care option. If you are interested please signup here: VOLUNTEER
At present, we do not have volunteers for extended care. Once we have a commitment we can offer care for those sessions.

Ticket Sales/Box Office:
100% of Ticket Sales go to UNOFTCA for use of facility.
Each family will receive 1 complementary chaperon ticket for each performance (4 comps total).
Tickets are $10.00 Camp pre-sales begin the 1st Wednesday of each session. 
Online Box Office Open the 2nd Thursday of each session.

Enrollment has ended for Summer 2011, but this is how it worked:
$50.00 per student secures your reservation online with a credit card purchase.
If you have multiple students you may add to the quantity and update cart.
Enrollment is open to students entering 3rd through 9th grades. 
Each Session has a capacity of 30 students. 
 

Enrollment:
Choose which session you'd like to attend and click Add to Cart. Once the purchase is complete, your reservation is secured.
Please complete the online enrollment form, you will need your receipt information. ENROLLMENT FORM
The balance of the tuition is due by May 31st. 

Tuition:
The total cost of tuition per session per student is $350.
100% of the tuition covers production cost and camp supplies. Included with tuition are Camp T-shirt, 1 chaperon ticket per performance - per family, and 1 DVD.

$50.00 Reservations secured via online with credit card.
$300.00 Payable via check/cash or on-line due May 30th.

LYTE's summer camps qualify as IRS Child Care Day Camp. See information:

If you received/purchased a 2011 gift certificate, please include it with the balance of your payment due by May 30th.

Cancelation/Refunds:
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to May 15th. Refunds will be issued by August 1st.
Reschedule is possible if a session has not yet sold out. Otherwise, you may be added to a waiting list pending another's cancellation.

Mini-Camps:
K-2nd grade one-week Mini-Camps will be announced in the 1st week of each session.
Mini camps may be offered in the 3rd week of each session.
